We can’t say enough amazing things about our travel agent Amy at the Camp Hill office who helped us plan our destination wedding! From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. She not only helped us plan the wedding trip of our dreams, but also assisted all of our guests with booking their travel. Everyone kept telling us how helpful, responsive, and kind she was throughout the entire process. Her communication was incredible — she was always quick to answer questions and made sure everyone felt confident and excited about their trip. We have been using Boscov's Travel for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Their service is always above and beyond. Carol normally books our trips and is absolutely outstanding. Due to a timing issue this time, Nicki booked our trip and she did a great job also. She handled booking our cruise and the insurance on the Icon of the Seas within a 30 day window. Everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased. We wouldn’t dream of traveling without the help of Boscov's Travel.

This is honestly one of the best companies, not just travel agencies, but companies that every business should take notice of and mimic. Pat and Michelle did an excellent job of making sure I could get the medical help I needed from the insurance company I purchased travel insurance with. They worked tirelessly and kept in touch me while I was in London committed to a psyche ward. They advocated for me every single step of the way, and I would not trust any other travel agency with my life like I would with the Easton team. They have a customer for life. Michelle did an excellent job booking my trip. I was in very nice hotels in an area that was easy to reach all the best parts of the city. I really had a wonderful experience, even though my trip was cut short for medical. Michelle and Pat made sure that I was able to come home safe and sound. Honestly, I can’t imagine a better group of travel agents than them. There are few agencies that you can have peace of mind when emergencies happen. Well, you will have that with Michelle. I can only give 5 stars but their service scores a perfect 10.

We used Nicole as our travel agent for our last 2 trips and she was great both times. She helped us book a great resort to celebrate our 15th year anniversary. She always responded quickly to any questions I had and checked in on us to make sure we were all set for our trip to the Dominican Republic. She is very knowledgeable and helpful! We are already talking about booking our next trip and we will definitely be using Nicole from Boscov’s Travel again!

This was my first time dealing with Paula H. from the Moorestown office and she did not disappoint. Unfortunately, our travel agent had to retire and she highly recommended Paula to us. Paula quickly learned our likes and dislikes. She handled our river cruise through the Pacific Northwest and everything went very smoothly. We will be using her again for our Balkans River cruise in 2026.

We took the “Mountain Trains of New Hampshire" excursion. This three night, four day trip was a perfect getaway. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. The entire staff (host escort, driver and local guide did a fabulous job. Our included meals were excellent. I especially enjoyed the carved turkey dinning experience on the train.

We LOVE Boscov's Travel. In the past we've done the work of finding flights, and accommodations ourselves for our travels, BUT there are times when it's just TOO complicated or your life is just TOO hectic or you're just TOO tired to handle this and you've got to turn to the experts at Boscov's Travel. They are so NICE and CALM and give you confidence that they can handle this.. and they DO! We've used them for a complicated Disney World family trip, a cruise, and a rush funeral trip to California. Joline is terrific. Five stars all the way!

Amy and Joy were so helpful in planning the perfect all inclusive trip! We left our first meeting with several options within our price range, all of which were good options with great room upgrades. Booking was super easy and payment even easier. The meeting to review information before we left was an added bonus and eased our travel anxieties. The resort was exactly as marketed and the food was amazing. Ground transportation got us exactly where we were supposed to go and our trip was perfect! Our flight home was delayed, but I was quickly able to get on the phone with the travel insurance and they found us a different flight out to a nearby airport and we were able to get home the same day. I could not recommend going through Boscov’s Travel enough! I will be doing this for all my vacations moving forward!

Let them help you plan your vacation! Ken at the Camp Hill branch planned our Western U.S. trip. I told him where we wanted to visit and how we wanted to travel and he took over from there. After our 2 week trip, I can't say how pleased we were with our vacation. The hotels he booked for us were all excellent and the rental car worked out perfectly for 2,800 miles. It was so nice to have all of the hotels prepaid so we just checked in and out without problems. He is now helping us to plan a family cruise next Spring and we are very confident that will work out flawlessly as usual.

We booked a Western U.S. tour through the Pottsville Boscov's Travel office and couldn't be happier with the service provided. They answered all of our questions and explained all of our paperwork in detail. Definitely will use that office again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Nicole. She booked our vacation to DR, and we noticed our room had two queen beds. we called her, and we ended up with a master suite upgrade with a king bed. The room was fabulous! We had 2 jacuzzis, one outside on our spacious deck with 4 chairs and tables. We also had two bathrooms with showers. I will definitely use Nicole again!

My husband and I worked with Kate, who was so wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable in planning our recent trip to Italy! She went above and beyond to set us up with beautiful accommodations, amazing tours and transportation from city to city.
